Hi!
I used to receive an email when someone messaged me via my store (CorbinsWorkshopStore). I no longer get the emails. My email address is correct, and I have the correct settings turned on.
I requested a support help ticket, #17171711 and they said:
[This content has been removed by Moderation. We ask that you please review Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies before posting in the Forums.]
There's no way I would provide that information; it seems like a huge security risk to do something like this. As a software engineer, I would never have a system that does this for verification; it seems sketchy. I also have no idea why they need this information.
Who can I get ahold of to fix the email problem? This is clearly a problem with etsy; they have my email address in a "bounce" list and stopped sending me emails, and need to remove it from the list.
Thank you,
Corbin

Hello!
We ask that members please refrain from sharing personal/sensitive information (yours or other people's - this includes, and is not limited to: Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Tracking Numbers, Private Messages, etc.). This also consists of any verbatim communication between you and Etsy Support, as per Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies.
Please note that this is a safety measure for you and everyone else potentially involved in the matter, which is why this is such an important aspect of our Community Policies.
Thank you!
