Is there someone at Etsy that can help with not receiving the download ORDERS CSV REPORTS by email? I know how and where to generate them but I do not receive the email and I need the reports.
This has been an ongoing issue for months, sadly not just for me as shown by several threads in the forums.
I've just spent a very long time trying to sort this out with the chat box thing. Your chat box people are ‘very sorry’ but won’t actually do anything to help; though in June they linked to the reports in the chat, but apparently they don’t do that now. So I have no way of accessing my own data needed for accounting.
So to speed things up, Etsy, please note the following -
