Not receiving Etsy emails, not in spam/trash, no issues with my email provider.

Since 3/8/22 I have not been receiving any emails as an Etsy Seller (messages, sales, seller tips etc), but am still receiving all regular emails as a customer such as purchase downloads and support emails.. It really makes no sense that I get one and not the other? I've checked with my email provider (i have google workspace through Bluehost) and there are no issues whatsoever on their end. I've even whitelisted all Etsy email addresses, and yes I've checked there is no email forwarding, and nothing in my spam or trash. I sent a support request to Etsy and all I got is "no issues on our end, just change the email associated with your account" which I find ridiculous seeing as according to these message boards many others have had the same issue, and it seems ridiculous to create a whole new email address when this is already my business email that I already have attached to a lot of Etsy apps etc.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Should I just let it be and deal? (I check my shop daily and use the apps to alert me about messages and sales etc. Really this is mostly just a pain since having emails as back up has been very handy!)

Occasionally emails get delayed or lost in cyberspace.  I've had it happen on Etsy, but I've also had it happen on my website numerous times.  I went a whole month without getting any of my sales messages from my own website, only to have them all arrive one day.  I've also had my email provider blacklist emails from friends and family for seemingly no good reason.  It's not like Etsy is choosing not to send you those notices while sending millions of other shop owners their notices.  Something just went wrong along the way.

I've been having this problem for years, but only with this account, not with my other (now closed) shop. This shop does receive transaction emails, convos, some (but not all) forum notifications, and investor emails. That's it. No policy updates, no warning on the amber jewellery changes, no "this week in your shop" and no buyer promos any more, such as saved searches, Etsy promotions etc. The other shop gets all of those emails and they get forwarded to the email from this account with no issues! So clearly the problem isn't on my end. 

About 2 years ago, it was temporarily fixed. I received everything once again, even saved searches. Then last year things disappeared yet again. 

"no issues on our end, just change the email associated with your account" - hahaha, they told me this too, and after not getting emails about the fee increase or the amber jewellery ban, in frustration I finally gave in and changed this acct's email from my 24-year-old Yahoo account that I run my life through, to my domain email. Guess what? NOTHING CHANGED.  I am still not receiving vital emails or Etsy promotions for this account. The problem is 100% on their end. 

The real frustration is that even when I get higher level support and they understand the issue, the ticket gets closed automatically without ever being resolved, so I have to start again from step one and send multiple messages to ZenDesk support because none of them ever read the ticket and treat me like I am the problem.

I’ve been struggling with this for months.  I even contacted Etsy and they stated they have my current email, but clearly they don’t.  Even the emails customers sometimes send instead of messages through Etsy are going to my old email address.  The person I spoke with told me maybe I had the old address on social media accounts, but I don’t.  I don’t know what to do.  I would really like to dump the old email address but I’m afraid to.
