Not getting sale notification from Etsy

2 sales in a row I have not gotten a sale notification email from Etsy. Not in spam, I already looked.

You just joined an elite club.  Others have reported this.

Check your email provider to see if any guidelines have changed.  It is also possible that it is hung up in Etsy's server or the email provider.  If you security changes anything that may also impact.

There are lots of reasons for not getting emails that range from not being sent to the email service not putting them through.  In between there are lots of computers these messages go through and anyone of them can cause a problem with receipts.  I don't worry about what might have gone wrong with any one of them and just check my shop directly to find out.  This also alerts me to any other problems that might be in my shop.

@DeserdogsTreasures: There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with eMail notifications. Presuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen after the eMail has left Etsy's eMail server. Your eMail provider or Internet Service Provider or even a relaying server could be blocking the eMail in error and it never even makes it to your eMail client much less your SPAM or junk folder. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser (even their mobile browser) until these issues are resolved.

Sellers and buyers aren't getting etsy emails.

I got a sale the other day and got an email notification, but got sale today, and once again, no notification.
