Not getting email notifications

I am suddenly not getting email notifications on sales or messages. I double checked my email preferences and they are checked off. Anyone else with this issue?

For some reason some of mine are going to my "Promotions" folder on Gmail; this started a few days ago and I'm not sure why.  I just check my dashboard throughout the day to see if there are any messages or orders in case I've missed anything through email.

@BlossomStamps  :  There are a number of other threads about this in this forum and there does not appear to be a specific cause or cure.

Sometimes I get them and sometimes not! Mine has been like this for several month now. Contacted ETSY support but no resolution.
