I had a brief outage with the email provider on my end. For a couple days my provider was sending a notice to all incoming emails that my email was inactive and bouncing them back. That problem has been resolved but now I am still not getting email notifications from Etsy. I went in and responded to a pop up asking about it... I hope correctly. I am still not getting notifications. What should I do now? Thanks.
@PurrfectPlay - There are shops that report not receiving Etsy notification emails and they haven't had any issues with their email provider.
It's always best to actually come here to Etsy & check your shop for messages, orders, etc. at least once a day.
I do that but... I would still like my Etsy email to be active. I think it should get fixed.
I had 3 orders yesterday and only got an email notification for one. My emails have been spotty for years.
Contact Etsy and tell them what happened. Have them check to see if the emails bounced back. Etsy may be able to resume.
Even if they do resume. it is always best to check shop at least once daily. I only use the emails as backup.
