I am logged out of my account on my computer, though I am still logged in on the app on my phone. No codes are being sent to my phone when I try to log back in through 2FA. I tried until they locked me out and then waited a few hours and tried again, and still no go. I tried to turn off two factor authentication on my phone, but it wants to send a code to verify that as well. I can see my phone number and it's showing that's where it's supposed to be going, but I'm not getting any codes. I tried using the help option where they send you a link and after filling out the form, the send button doesn't work. Sigh. It mentioned backup codes, but if I had them, I don't anymore as I've been a seller for years. I've never had this happen before. Is there any other way to get a hold of Etsy to help?
Use one of the backup codes.
When you activated 2FA you will have been sent a list of backup codes to use in such a situation. Did you copy them and save them somewhere?
I am not sure how Etsy could fix this for you as it is a verification issue and it is up to you to verify yourself. You could try using a different browser to see if that will help, I would try Chrome if you are using something else, which won't have the history of failed attempts.
