Not activating the payment option for my website

Dear All,

Why is the payment gateway not activating or enabling my online store?  Not even Paypal too. I am totally stuck up.

Can anyone revert back to me with the appropriate solution and information?

Since you're located in India, did you enroll in India Payments?

I just put one of your listings in your cart and the Paypal option was enabled (I'm located in the US).  I didn't see any problem if I were to complete the purchase.

You won't see the payment options enabled if you look at your own shop since you cannot buy your own items!

Etsy uses razorpay for india payments, and razorpay have been asked to stop onboarding by the reserve bank of india. That was december 2022.

There's nothing etsy can do.

Paypal is your only option for international sales (as it doesn't work domestically) and appears to be linked in your shop.
