I am writing on behalf of a friend that has an Etsy shop but when trying to access Forums or Teams under 'Community & Help', he just keeps getting a message in a red banner saying 'we are sorry but you have been banned from using this site'.
His shop is (REMOVED)
Why might this be and how does he contact anyone to help rectify this please?
Then he needs to contact Etsy directly.
If he is banned from the forums, he would have received an email from Etsy.
No email received from Etsy unfortunately.

That would be ideal but we cant seem to find any way of doing this as a seller, just for buyers?
