Not able to upload pictures

I am not able to upload pictures. Has anyone else had this problem?  Suggestions?  I’ve tried everything even using the exact files that had uploaded with no issues previously.

@ThoughtfullySent: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? The consensus seems to be use "old" listing form via a browser.

The new app, I know this is weird but I cannot load pictures AT ALL during the day.  But 3 am,  middle of the night, no problem.  Lol.  Maybe has something to do with internet traffic or something but.... this is what I have done, I am up a lot in the middle of the night doing things so......

Did you ever resolve this?  I stopped using Etsy a few months ago bc of this.  Today I tried again, thinking hopefully the bugs were worked out and the photos loading arrow just keeps spinning.  Beyond frustrating.

Yeah this is my issue as well the pictures won't upload. "If this keeps happening contact Etsy." Ok, where's the place to contact etsy? Some areas I tried clicking on lead to help sections directed at buyers as if I'm not on the sellers app. This seems to be another problem on top of some others, such as putting other people's work directly on my page and catering to the star seller elite class every month. Seriously considering another e-commerce platform. But back to this uploading problem it's not getting resolved and if it can't figure out something this basic then what choice do I have but to find a platform more user friendly?

Same here. I've attempted to upload on the Blue Etsy seller app. Sometimes the pictures go through and sometimes not. Currently affecting two different listings. Very annoying. I'm a Star Seller and it means nothing as far as help goes.

Dont use the app, Use your Computer/Browser and use the old Listing Form. It always happens to me with the "new" listing Form.

I am having this issue right now, cannot upload photos that have already been uploaded in previous listings, won't work on my laptop or my phone...anyone else?
