Not able to renew sold out items from orders & delivery page

It doesn't seem to be possible to renew items from the order and delivery page instead I have to edit the listing to change the quantity and renew from here which is much more time consuming.

I just tried to renew from the sold out listings page and it didn't work either.

Ya renew doesn't seem to be working from various ways this morning.

I just had issues with  renewing expired items, it took a few goes each item. I've checked and I've only been charged once so maybe it's just being a bit glitchy this morning.

I haven´t been able to renew any expired listings since this morning (I´m located in Germany). The $0.20 fee button doesn´t show for any renewal, that step is missing, instead it says right away "Yeah you just renewed your listing". I haven´t been charged anything though. Must be another glitch...
