While purchasing shipping labels, I have had one order out of a few come back as "One label failed to purchase" while the other labels were purchased just fine. I retried the one that failed a few times and got the same results, until I forgot to select Tracked package, then the label purchased. I did ask for a refund as I'm not comfortable sending the item without tracking. This evening I retried to create a label for the package with tracking again and the label failed to purchase. A few days ago, I took another package with this same issue to the Canada post office to purchase the labels and had no issues getting it tracked there. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thank you!!!
I'm having the same issue. When trying to print tracked packet to the USA labels, it's coming up as "failed to purchase label"
Same issue - why is Etsy not acknowledging it? I was able to purchase one label to the US and the next one is not working:(
Seems to just be US labels not processing. My orders within Canada are printing just fine
I've been having the same issue for orders going to the US and Aus. It wouldn't work until I filled out the origin country option and then I could purchase them without any issues.
I am filling this out and still experiencing the same issue.
Same here, US labels are failing to purchase, UK labels are fine.
I had the same issues with US label from UK so I tried filling in the country origin and tariff fields that are normally optional for me. It worked. So I don’t know if that’s the answer or it’s just working again.
I was having issues, then I read on here that if you add the country of origin, even though it says optional, it will work. This worked for me! Thanks.

I tried this, on one of my orders it worked, but the other was stubborn and I had to take it to the post office where. of coarse, they had no problem.
Hi everyone. I have an update after going to the post office. Apparently they are hearing that this is an issue and are attributing it to a glitch from the last system update Canada Post did a few weeks ago.
But now I'm looking at all the comments and it appears that's it's not just limited to Canada Post issues. Hmmmm.
