Not able to print bulk packing slips/PDFs. Getting a blank screen.

Labels and Order reciepts seem to open, and able to print.

Anyone else?

Addendum: Was able to print a single "gift" packing slip, but am getting a blank screen when trying to print multiople packing slips all at once. Perhaps it is the mixing of multiples: (the new) gift receipts and packing slips, in a bulk print.

Nope.  I just printed one.  Have you done all the usual stuff?  Open and close your browser, clear your cache, and/or restart your machine?

I also don't know how your internet connection is, but I have similar things happen when my internet is weak, so reboot your router?

Probably, just add it to another set of technical problems that will either fix itself or never get fixed.  You already now what tech will tell you.  Clear your cache, restart your computer, then try a new browser.

Good luck and let us know if it gets fixed.  Or how you fix it.
