Not able to pay my outstanding bill using debit card

Hi Team,

I am not able to pay my outstanding bill using my debit card details, I am getting an error "we were unable to charge the card ending in xxxx". I sent request many times to etsy support team to help me with this, I am not receiving any reply from etsy help center. Can you check and direct me to someone who can help me with this. My shop is going to get suspended due to this.

Check to make sure it has not expired.

You can pay with Paypal or another credit card

It is not expired. For Indian seller PayPal option is not there.

Didn’t it used to be that we couldn’t pay our bills after the 15th and had to wait until after the 1sf.

Only those charges made after the 1st of the month.  In other words, any charges we incurred during the month of June could not be paid until July 1 thru the 15th.

Charges made in May have to be paid between June 1-15 or your shop would be suspended.

Are you using a bank debit card or a prepaid debit card? If it isn't connected to a bank account that might be the reason.

I am also getting this message. I have reentered my card information (debit card to my bank account), and I've tried a different debit card. Thinking that perhaps my bank was rejecting it as suspicious activity, I used my credit card, but Etsy still gives this message. My sales covers my Etsy Fees, but I would still like to get this error resolved. Definitely a glitch on Etsy's side!
