Not able to make sales
HELP PLEASEE !!
i hope this post is allowed but …
i am new to selling on etsy & for some reason , none of my customers are able to purchase anything from my shop . it keeps coming up as an error message or that something has gone wrong with their purchase. ive contacted support many times & the only thing i keep hearing is that its on the customer’s customers end & not mine & for them to reach out . also when i try to update the account to a new acct i cannot get past the payment settings page . even if i refresh. it wont let me save & continue or even edit my name. ive tried using different browsers , restarting my phone & still nothing. im getting so frustrated is or has anyone ever had an issues with this before ? is it possible that i may have been hacked ? i have received some scam messages since opening .

Re: Not able to make sales
Because your shop is on vacation. No one can buy when your shop is on vacation mode.

Re: Not able to make sales
@TheHappiestDreamerCo From your about page, I hope you are not selling any Disney items since they are trademarked.
Edited. You better rethink your shop. It's full of infringements and will get your shop shut down before you even get started.

Re: Not able to make sales
Your "Dreamy Theme Park Accessories" whisper d-i-s-n-e-y to me. Provide your licensing. Otherwise they are IP infringement items and put your shop at a huge risk.

Re: Not able to make sales
As you are currently in Vacation Mode, we cannot test out if your checkout is working properly.
BUT this sentence from your About section is raising huge red flags for me
"Thank you for allowing me to create magic for your next Disney trip. "
If, as I suspect, you are making Disney-themed items --that is a big no-no as all things Disney are trademarked and Disney is very pro-active in protecting its rights.
You cannot make anything that looks like a Disney character, that mentions a Disney character, or could be mistaken for a Disney character without paying a license fee to Disney. And they cost thousands of dollars per character --plus you need an established business with a proven track record and a sensible forecast of future sales. Selling such items without a license can at best cause your shop to be closed, at worst you can be sued and fined
Because of the above concern, Etsy may well be limiting the functionality of your shop.

Re: Not able to make sales
Without licensing, and "fan art" Disney items you offer for sale are illegal counterfeits. Disney is highly regulated and does NOT offer crafter's licenses.
This is NOT a sound business practice. You might be able to get away with it at garage sales and small local craft sales, but putting your items on a international website is a sure fire way to get sued.
