delivered item to the buyer but when I try to mark it as a completed order the "Package type" drop-down list is not working (it is not responding to my mouse) all other drop-down lists are working. but not able to submit it as a completed order without selecting the "Package type"

Are you trying to do this in an app or via browser? Have you tried the other way?

I'm sorry but I think I misunderstood your question. I though you were having issues marking an order as complete, but I see from your post on the other thread that you are having a problem printing shipping labels. We don't use Etsy labels but if you search the forum you will find some others who are also having a problem and possibly a solution.

You don't drop down to select package type unless you are using Flats or Express or other boxes from USPS. Is the review grayed out if you select everything else but don't drop down where it say package type. I forget what it says exactly. Are you trying to use a different package type like letter?

"package type" is a mandatory field only after selecting it the review button will be active.

If you used an etsy label for shipping, it will be complete.if you used a different shipper, go up to area near the buyers name, click on more actions and Mark complete. Add the tracking number there.
I don't have a tracking number. I need to select the package type as a digital Item. and here I am not able to select any package type. the drop-down list acts like its stucked.
