Not able to change or add featured listings

As this has been a technical problem for months will Etsy ever fix this?  Now I cannot even add new starred items to my featured listings. 

Many posts on this issue so at some point will Etsy see this is a problem?

I had that problem yesterday. I did a few "Page Refresh", I left the page completely then came back to it and tried again. I just kept repeating these steps and I think about the 4th try it did eventually work.

It's been broken for weeks.

But LOOK! New Etsy emails nagging you about how many messages you have... inaccurate, of course.

Mine is working but sometimes it takes a while.

I fought with this today. I had to delete/unstar any excess featured items off the listing page then again on the featured item page a few times and eventually when there was nothing left but the 4 featured items I wanted it went.
