My number of orders incorrectly 'missing' tracking continues to grow. The core issue is NOT fixed as you claimed in the update. The number has grown since your 'fix'.
I now have 43 orders that you say have no tracking, stuck in pre-transit on Etsy, but mist have already been delivered!
What happens if cases are opened, you won't honor seller protection because you are wrong about the tracking. This needs to be fixed.
Our shop is also still showing pre-transit errors too. So our shipping score has plummeted from 100% to 90%.
I worry about payment reserves. After all, Etsy is being run by bots that will automatically trigger reserves for items showing not shipped/tracked. Or, perhaps the bots will force suspension/vacation mode while we “catch up” on orders. Any way you look at it and star seller aside, this screw up has a potentially detrimental effect on sellers.
Completely agree. Star Seller is inconsequential compared to all the other bots and scripts that look at this data.
