Not Able to Verify Business Info, Legal and Tax Information Page. Account is on forced Vacation Mode

I discovered that my "personal name" on Etsy was registered as my business name, so I corrected that, and now my shop is suspended. I uploaded my ID and my identity was verified by Etsy. I got a confirmation email saying that I could now sell (again) on Etsy, however I am still suspended 24 hours later. I am still seeing the "action required, must add government issued photo ID" even though that step was recently verified.Also something weird: the page to upload my ID states my ID must match [business name], which of course is impossible since my drivers license doesn't have my business name. I really need this fixed ASAP!! I submit a help ticket but no response.

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m currently going through the same thing and I am beyond frustrated.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.
