Non spam ends up directly in Spam folder! - part two

This is a friendly reminder to check your spam folder everyday. Since they made 'updates' earlier this year legitimate customer messages go to the spam folder sometimes. It can be a brand new messages or it can be in the middle of a conversation you are already having. I have sent 5 tickets on the issue but there is no response, no worked, and marked as complete.  So make sure to check your Spam folder every couple of days. Good Luck!

I don't open the spam folder.  I look at the number and if that changes I look.
