Nobody can buy from my store! everybody gets a payment error and it has been more than 1.5 month

Since I opened my store, it doesn't accept any orders and everybody gets a payment error.

I opened three support tickets and got no where.

Can I get any help here?

Try checking your payment settings you might need to verify your ID

This is awful -  have you been able to actually talk to anybody at Etsy? On the chance that you haven't, see if you can get some help. I actually posted this link on some other thread today - it's still worth checking! 

When I've needed to get hold of Etsy, I found help via the link on this page:

Ignore the captions etc, scroll down till you find the words (link) that says "I still need help". When I clicked there, I got a chat window almost right away. I don't know if it's still a good link but seems to me somebody else mentioned it recently too - it's worth trying.

Thank you for the reply. The error is the payment can't be processed (for everyone using any payment method)!

yes. I tried to order from myself to see what my customer's are getting at check out and same thing. Not able to check out. Hoping they fix it and don't close my account. I thought about closing and opening another but I won't be able to use the same name

I would advise against trying to purchase from your own shop even from other computers/devices. It is not allowed per Etsy's rules.

If you try to purchase your own items from your own account, it will not go through.

I was able to put an item in my cart and it appears I would have been able to check out and pay. I didn't proceed, because the next thing I clicked would have finalized the sale. Wasn't trying to actually purchase, just see if it is possible.

Forgot to mention I tried from my mom's Etsy account not my own. Still nothing. This is kinda frustrating as I have people messaging about the issue and Etsy hasn't fixed it or at least pointed me in the right direction.
