Handmade listings being deactivated in error because Etsy bots found my photos elsewhere on the internet. We were told that any handmade listings that were removed in error by the the Etsy bots would be reviewed promptly and reactivated if they were removed in error. Clearly this is not occuring.
It's been almost 6 weeks since my first listing was deactivated (3 more listings since). It took 2 weeks for a canned response that didn't even address my ticket concern. After having my case "escalated", it's been ANOTHER almost 4 weeks now, and no response whatsoever from support. Now I'm at risk of suspension and have had my star seller removed because I can't get human eyeballs to review my ticket.
Ticket ID: #17344210. It shows it is still open. Is my ticket even going to be addressed?
What wait times are other Etsy sellers currently experiencing?

If I wasn't actively pursuing a fix I would have zero faith in it getting fixed. Also check to see if the pix of the removed listing have been stolen and ended up elsewhere like Ali or Temu and file dmca removals there.
Etsy has also stated these error removals are quickly discovered and fixed within 2 weeks and that could not be further from the truth.

Yes, I've been on the phone with the lower level Etsy reps probably at least 10 times. My photos haven't been stolen, I was told by 2 Etsy reps it's most likely because I sell on Amazon Handmade and my photos also there for my items (not against Etsy policy).

If it is chat and not trust and safety you are talking to I'd not put much faith into that non helpful reply. Ask to be passed on to trust and safety. I'd want assurances that this listing removal was not held against my shop and that it would not be erroneously removed again (but that's not what reality has been for legit sellers)
