No response from customer Service

It’s been over three weeks, and Etsy still hasn’t been able to change my legal name as the primary business owner on my account. They respond after several days but then go silent for weeks, leaving me to email them repeatedly without getting a response. I’ve submitted everything they asked for, yet the issue remains unresolved. Why is Etsy taking so long to fix this, and why is their support so unresponsive and ineffective?

Do not keep starting new requests as that closes all previous ones and puts you back to the end of the queue.
Just keep replying "I still need help" to the email chain and eventually you will get an actual human to respond to your problem
