I'm tearing my hair out here! I've been trying to get an answer from support for over 2 months now. All I get is a glib response saying that the issue is with our engineers and they'll get back to me when it's resolved.
Obviously, no response. What can I do? This may impact on my star seller score. Basically, I added a quantity to an already listed item, when I sold that I was marked down as having missed processing time which is total rubbish, the order was shipped on the same day I received the order.
Has anyone else any advice how I can get a resolution. I appreciate the guys on chat are just acting from scripts and have limited power but this is driving me nuts!

Etsy doesn't change star seller stats, they just direct you here, to other sellers, so we can let you know what they always say.
if it was an older listing, did it have a processing time? if not, that is a problem for star seller,
and sometimes, if you send too quickly from the order, using etsy labels, it doesn't catch up with itself in time.
I have seen reports of this happening here, but only with people using etsy labels,
I use royal mail, click and drop, and mark completed myself, and have not had this problem, even posting less than an hour after the order was received
I think the frustrating thing is that it's clearly a tech issue but they keep putting me off. They put so much store by the Star Seller thing and push it a lot and yet it seems so very clunky. I know I'll just have to wait to be told the same thing but I wanted to vent!

They just do NOT fix SS issues even if it is a glitch. I lost SS in this shop for this month becuase someone sent me a scam message on Dec. 30th which I put in my spam folder (double checked to be sure it was gone from my message file) I reported the scam here ( they wanted me to click some link) Etsy said they'd look into it. Jan.1st I noticed my 100% message rate is now 80%..WTH? I look and the message is back in my live message folder as an unanswered message. I RE spammed it and they did take it back off but no star for Jan.! Their feelings on issues that are their fault are "sucks for you".
I honestly think their customer service is appalling. Other selling platforms are much better for this type of thing. I'm sorry about your issue, it's just not fair is it.
