No "Stop Offsite Ads" button

Since we had such a bad year on Etsy last year (under 10K), we've decided to opt out of offsite ads.  It says that this can be done if you made less than 10k.  I've followed their steps:  Settings/Offsite Ads/Click button "Stop offsite ads," but mine does not show a button.  Have they moved this?  It should be there since we made less than the 10k threshhold.  Any suggestions?

If you ever made over $10k in any rolling 12 month period in the history of your shop, you are locked in for life.

Look at your Offsite Ads page - are you seeing verbiage like "Lucky you, you only have to pay 12%" ?  That means you are locked in for life.
