Is there a new glitch with the personalization box? Out of 30 embroidery orders, 6 declined personalization, which is highly unusual. I've already had one customer message me with her monogramming info.
If the buyer is using an outdated app, it doesn't show the personalisation box and therefore there's nothing there for the customer to enter anything into.
I looked at some of your listings - they are very clear how to add personalization. Maybe the buyers were using the app which can be very glitchy.
I've never had that many before.....maybe 1 in 100.
