No means to add photos in Seller App

I'm trying to add photos to my saved drafts and the add photos and videos section is completely non functional.. I clicked on the section and nothing happens. It's like it is completely broken. I've added photos using both Browser and app this week and have had great difficulty. Half the time they would load and the other half, not.

Etsy, quit making it difficult for us to do our thing!!

Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble. I just uploaded some photos and there were no issues (desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). But you're having trouble, so I hope some of these suggestions help you:
I have never used Drafts (since 2011). When I Renew > Edit or Copy > Edit a listing, if there are quite a few edits to make, I will first Renew (or Copy), then Deactivate the listing and make those edits. If it's just a tiny edit, I won't Deactivate the listing; I'll quickly make the edits while the listing is live.
Also, I never use the App (have never). It's glitch at its best.

I faced this very issue just yesterday! The little pencil to edit isn't an option on the app when my draft has no images. I had to e-mail myself the pictures and upload them via my desktop. After uploading the images, I went back on the app & sure enough, the edit option was there! -_-

@DoozieandBloom Thanks. I ended up doing the same. And you are correct. It's only the drafts without photos.

I just went to my seller app and was able to add and delete photos to one of my draft listings without issue.

Try checking to see if you're using the most up to date version of the app.

@PoochandTabbyIt's only the drafts without photos. The pencil doesn't work. It's dead. The drafts that already have photos are working fine. I can change those, upload, delete etc
