No longer receiving e-mails for sales made or notifications of shipping to buyers

I know this issue has been discussed in earlier threads, and now it has started happening to me.  I am no longer getting e-mails when a sale is made nor the shipping notification with tracking information.  I have reviewed the older thread and tried each suggestion made:  checked SPAM, JUNK and TRASH files, checked Etsy Account to make sure E-mail is correct and that Etsy is in my e-mail list.  Nothing seems to change the situation.  

I also noticed in the e-mail section of my Etsy account, the option to get these notifications is no longer listed.  Is anyone else having this problem or have any other advice on how to fix this?   Is it possible to get through to Etsy Support directly?  

I actually depend on those notifications as an early heads-up way to plan my actions and timeframes (the sales notification) and to assure that buyers are getting the shipping and tracking information when I do ship.  (shipping notification).

I don't know if it makes a difference, the device you are on. I use a desktop computer, and have been getting Sales Notification fr. Etsy Transactions. Also I get the Notification when the item Ships (the notice the Customer gets). I've never not gotten these Notifications, but I have seen others like you, say they suddenly no longer get them. I don't know if you are using the App (or other). Sorry I'm not helpful, and I hope others will jump in, because I can't think of anything else.

Thank you for your response.  I use a lap top computer and rarely use the App.  I have checked there as well as e-mail on my phone.  But no luck.  It puzzles me since I have always gotten the notifications on both.  I may try deleting the e-mail account from my Etsy shop and reloading it or maybe try a different e-mail account.

@MessyMessyMe Do you still have the line for "Seller Activity" in your email settings? I just checked mine because I rely on these emails to know when I get an order (along with the CHA CHING, but it's been flakey over the years). This is what I see on that line (I don't know if the wording has changed, sorry):

"Get up-to-date shop and Etsy insights—comprehensive reports and guides to push your business further. Plus, learn about our upcoming marketplace plans." (I'm using a laptop at the moment.)

Thanks for your response.  Yes, I just went back to review that and it is checked.  Oddly enough, I do get Etsy e-mails that involve seller information but I'm not getting the copies of notifications that go to buyers regarding shipping or when I make a sale?
