No listings showing at all in Shop Manager

Hi - I've raised this with Etsy but wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this issue.

My listings have not been showing within Shop Manager since yesterday, they are still showing on the public Etsy site but I can see them to edit via Shop Manager.

Yes we are.  I am on Firefox, and windows 10 and all of my listing are gone.

Hi! I'm having the same issue. Shop Manager's Listing Tab isn't working. I'm on W10 PC. I tried Edge and Chrome browsers, none of them are working either. Yes, my app is, but I can't publish on my app, obviously can't store those large files on my phone to upload them. Do we know if there's a fix in place? I've tried getting over to Etsy support, but I can't get through either.

Using an iPad and my listing page is blank as well.  Can see them in the App but not on the web via iPad or iPhone.

are you @EstellePrintShop  saying that in shop MANAGER you can not see any listing if you click on listings? cause if you are just in shop manager no you will not see them you will need to still click on listings. I can see mine

Try refreshing the webpage.

In the Listings Manager page - under 'Listing Status' - do you see the numbers next to each type of listing?

Check all the filters on the right hand side - perhaps you have one set that is returning no results.

Do you see anything on the screen?

There are numerous threads in the forums where some people are reporting various bugs in the shop manager in the past day or so unable to see ads stats, edit listings, etc.  I haven't seen anything specific about work arounds but hopefully if someone has heard of any then they can advise you.

On the right hand side under Listing Status there is 0 next to every status.

That's really odd. Can you try a different browser, Chrome perhaps?

Have you tried listing anything new since the problem started?

Just an FYI - If you wanted to edit any of your existing listings you can do it via your shop home page - open the listing and see if the edit links are there at the top (left).

Safari support on all etsy platforms was dropped Dec 2021, just FYI.

@luxcrafter  I use nothing but Safari for Etsy and never had a problem.
