I was contacted by a repeat buyer a few days ago. She placed a big order on Feb. 13 and neither one of us were notified that the order was cancelled (it was not cancelled by me and I had no notification of a pending order). It was sitting in my cancelled orders section. Since I had no reason to look there, I knew nothing about it. She came on to Etsy to see why she hadn't received her order and contacted me after she discovered it had been cancelled. She was really nice about it and reordered and I shipped it out this morning.
