I received no emails for several orders purchased on Monday 9/16.
@SimpleSilverAndGold: There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
We noticed, for several days, that all notifications except Refunds were being sent on a timely manner - the refund eMails were not leaving Etsy's servers for at least twelve hours.
Thanks, I've seen the posts. Just wanted to add to the total- like a sharp stick in the eye. It's absolutely unacceptable that sellers should be stuck in a 'speculative' situation like this.
Oddly, in my email account for etsy (gmail) I have a few totally blank lines, like a message came in but was not decipherable.
I wish I still got the emails because they provided the TIME an order had come through
(does anyone know a different way to find that information, by chance??)
