No contact from help centre, and issues with 'detailed stats' within Etsy ads

Hi,

I have been trying to contact someone from Etsy for the past 2 days on my etsy app on mobile, and online using laptop however had no responses for past few days which I find unusual and borderline neglectful. Not sure if there is an issue on my side however when it says assistance available 24/7 you would expect that someone would respond or reach out but I have not had any contact.

I've been having an issue with my 'detailed stats' page within Etsy ads.... 4 days ago they were showing which search results were used etc however now they show as zero.

Please can someone get in touch with me asap as it's urgent - I am wasting money on ads and not reaping any benefits at all!

I am unable to list new listings without these vital keyword searches used...

Sorry but if you're hoping Etsy will contact you from this post, chances are they won't.
Etsy rarely replies to help requests on these forums.

If you're wasting money on ads, you can always turn them off.

Keep replying back to the initial message that your still need help.

From what I've read on the forums it might take weeks for Etsy to get back with you (if then).

I have given Etsy ads many tries and can confirm it’s a money pit. It’s the only ad system on the internet with no advertiser control. Eventually it will fail and collapse.

For some reason, when I click on support, and type a message to etsy... either there is no response, or the BOT provides a generic response to say let me connect you... but then nothing happens? Is this normal and has this happened to anyone else?
