No answers in the chat

Hello,

I've had an important technical question for Etsy for days. I am only offered the Etsy chat under Contact/Help. When I open it, no one answers.... when I ask a question I don't get an answer. How else can I reach someone, is there an email address?

I've been waiting for a reply in chat for 18 days now. It's a pity that as soon as a moderator sees this thread - it will be closed and marked as “resolved issue”

Same experience, No one is responding on chat. I tried multiple times in last two days.

I just had someone get back to me ........4 hours after I opened the chat!  I'd gone to the PO, called in at a neighbour to see how she was and cooked and ate lunch in between. Our increased fees were supposed to be paying for better support!
