I can not access my account and a red box is showing with a code and the word depreciation . Please help
Where are you trying to log in? The app or the website?
Have you tried on a different device? Do you still get the error message?
The message sounds like a bug.
Browser/website: Try closing the brower and then open and try again. Clearing the browser cache might help.
App: ensure the app is up to date and that your device is supported. If you are running the app on an old, out dated phone it may suddenly stop working.
