Hi. My shop is still not visible. I contacted Etsy support and have received several emails stating the same information that engineers working on the issue in my shop. I feel so discouraged because of E website issue. I'm losing my sales and specially at this busy time of the year. This past few weeks I keep adding a new items in my shop and tried to promote but still no views no sales. Today I have listed one more new item but I can't find on Etsy no where and my shop's views today 0. I don't know what more I can do to drive views and sales if Etsy working on my issue since end of October. I'm Losing my hope that they ever fix the issue in my shop.
Is it something wrong with my listing titles or tags? I can't find my last listing baby girl flower beanie I added today. How long it takes for the new item to be visible by Etsy?
