As a seller, I am facing the problem of "No Tracking" the cargo for the 2nd time. Although the cargo I sent was delivered to the owner, it still says "no tracking" in the orders section. That's why I'm not getting any money in my account. What is the solution to this? Shipping companies Speedx and Uni.
Are you putting the tracking number in when you ship? It's likely Etsy's system is not recognising the shipper or the tracking number.
Someone on another thread suggested uploading the confirmation of delivery on the order once delivered and then getting Etsy to manually mark it.
Of course I enter the tracking number. But Etsy does not detect this number.
After entering the tracking number it says "No Tracking".
@ConfusedMen it will say 'no tracking' because Etsy doesn't recognise the number and/or the shipper you are using.
All I can suggest is that you put the number and shipper in when you ship. When you get confirmation of delivery, upload that so Etsy can see it's been delivered. I don't know if it will work but others have apparently had this work for them.

@ConfusedMen: If the shipper is supported by Etsy (AfterShip.com) make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on this third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipper or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

You can try reaching out to Etsy to see if they can assist but if their system doesn't recognize the shipping courier being used, then that may be an IT issue.
