Good Morning, Community ~ I have not received one review for a month and a half which has never happened in the four years I've had my shop. Two friends bought items from my shop this month, confirmed that they left reviews, and they are not appearing in my shop. Of course, this is concerning that prospective buyers are not seeing that a certain item may have been given five stars and will affect my Star Seller Status. I would really appreciate any advice, contact information, who to reach out to in Etsy to get this resolved. Nightmare. Thanks so much.

You need to select "Recent" on the right at the top of your review page as the default is "Suggested"
Thank you for your response. I have tried doing that and it just sends me to a page where there are articles that are no help. I'm so incredibly frustrated because it's obviously an Etsy glitch. Thanks for your input!
@SweetMollyJaynes Well I can see them so it is a problem your end. Trying clearing your cookies and cache or check using a different browser.
@SweetMollyJaynes If you want to reach Etsy, click on Help / Help Center at the top of the screen. Send them a message there.
You could try live-ish chat, but their replies are sometimes misleading so if you want a "definite answer," send Etsy a message instead!
Thank you so much! I thought I had pretty much exhausted all "help" that was available but I'll keep going. I've got to get this fixed and fear it is going to affect my Star Seller Status next month. I'm beyond frustrated and feel there should be a more meaningful way to take care of technical glitches. Thanks, again for your input ~ I appreciate it.
