No Permissions on Community Forum

I can’t post or view any discussions in the community forum except those in Technical Support.  If I try I get the following message…

You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

Click your browser's Back button to continue.

Return to my original page

This even applies to messages Etsy send me via my dashboard with links to community pages I should join in with.

Any ideas?

You need to be logged into the forums not Etsy.

That won't work unless the problem is fixed first.  Use this link https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Access-Denied-no-response-from-Etsy/m-p/145362134#M84... and click on the underlined here in the mod's post.  Be patient, it isn't an instantaneous fix.
