Hello Etsy Community & Staff,
I am extremely frustrated at this point. My shop PixelWovenDesign has been stuck in Holiday Mode since July 22 due to account verification. I received an email on July 25 asking me to upload my ID, but there is no option or button anywhere in my account to do so—not in the Shop Manager, not in the verification section, nowhere.
I have:
Contacted Etsy Support multiple times through email.
Replied directly to their verification email explaining the missing upload option.
Posted in the community before, where staff said my case was forwarded to a specialist team.
It has now been weeks with no resolution. My shop remains closed, I cannot verify my ID, and no one is telling me how to proceed or providing an alternative upload method. This delay is directly impacting my ability to run my business.
I need Etsy to either:
Provide the direct link or location to upload my ID immediately, or
Offer an alternative way to submit my documents today so this verification can be completed.
I have waited long enough. This is an urgent matter and needs a resolution now—not another week of silence.

It looks like your shop has been removed from Etsy, it could be the reason for the lack of contact.
You may have to file an appeal
