No Etsy Communication - ID Verification For Payment

Hi All, 

Wonder if any of use can help me please! 

I have a forge in ID and my account is on Holiday mode as Etsy needs to Verify my ID to open my store back up again, however I have submitted my ID 2 days ago now and still have not heard back from them. 

I have emailed them multiple times and still get no response other than the automated one which informs me to upload my ID which I have. When I log into my account it still states that my ID is being reviewed. How long does it really take for them to review this? Could it be because its a foreign ID? I email them back stating that I have uploaded my ID and if they can please review this but I still get no response.

@MySeasonals: DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
