No Email Sale Notifications ??

Been selling on Etsy for 17 years, all of a sudden no more email notifications of sales, from THIS shop. My other shop I still get them (different email address of course). Checked my email it's correct. Please Etsy dont make me check my sales page everyday. Help a girl out, what's the deal?

You are ultimately responsible for your shop.  Email notifications from Etsy are a courtesy.   If you have time to look at your daily emails, how tough is it to check your shop(s) as well?

Don’t depend on email notifications. Login into your shop a few times each day.

I am finding the same - after 8 years, suddenly no email notifications. I notice this post was a week ago, and was wondering if the situation resolved? I find it useful to have those emails as an extra record. the delivery notifications are still being sent.

It's frustrating, haven't been getting emails for sales or purchases for a while now, despite following the steps Etsy recommends on their help page.

I haven't had email notifications for years.  I did at first when I opened the shop but that only lasted a month or so.  I get the Etsy Daily Digest emails though and notification when someone likes a post on the forum.  I agree I'd much rather have a heads up on a sale.  I'm in and out of my shop most of the day to see if there's any sales so I don't miss them - ever the optimist!

Email notifications have been UN-reliable for years. I only get emails for about half of my orders at best, and these are completely random. I had 3 orders last night while I was sleeping - got 2 emails.  Phone app notifications are a little better but still unreliable.

I had that happen a couple of weeks ago. Then a few days later notifications came back. I don't need them to let me know I have had a sale as I check a few times a day but I do like them as part of my accounting.
