Newly opened shop still (10 days) on Vacation Mode with no reply?

Hello, I opened a new shop from Serbia using a verified Payoneer business account. Etsy asked me to upload my passport, which I did more than 10 days ago. The document is 100% correct and clear, and Payoneer is fully verified.

However, my shop is still in Vacation Mode, and I haven’t received any email or update from Etsy support. I wrote 3 emails, but no one replied. Everything in my account looks fine, and I don’t see any errors or messages.

Can someone from the Etsy team please check the status of my verification or let me know if there is anything else I need to do? I'm just trying to start my shop and follow all the rules. This silence is very frustrating.

Did the name and information on your passport match exactly to the other information you uploaded to Payoneer? If not, that may be the issue.
