All of your titles are the same, and offer no descriptive terms of what the item is beyond a tote bag or shirt. You need to complete your shop by adding your shop location so it shows at top of your shop home page. Not doing so will limit you in search.
You say you are from Australia, but your item listings are showing they are shipping from the US and you do not list any production partners for this. You need to be upfront about where you are and where your products are shipping from.
Etsy is for handmade by you - but if you are using a production partner to assist in creating, the designs must be yours.
