I registered my shop in Ukraine (in the controlled region of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, city of Kryvyi Rih). Everything was fine on the first day, and I paid the fee to open my shop.
On the second day, due to my internet provider (dynamic IP address), I was unable to access my shop because of a "Sanctions Policy" message
I have already sorted things out with my internet provider and connected a static IP address so that my IP is not transferred to territories that are under sanctions.
And on the second day, my store was put on vacation mode, and unfortunately, I did not receive any SMS messages from Etsy to my email.
Please remove my store "SpiritFormDesign" from vacation mode. Thank you in advance for your help. Have a nice day!
This is a peer to peer forum for sellers and shouldn't be considered a way of contacting Etsy support (although they will occasionally react to issues here, it's not the norm).
I'm sorry this has happened to you in addition to everything else currently going on in your country. You will need to contact Etsy support directly - shop manager > Help > Contact us.
P.s. Make sure you are not using a VPN.
