New sold order is not showing up, can't print label

I can't print the shipping label for an order that just sold - I was just alerted as ready to ship. Order status says New = 1, but nothing viewable.

Me too -- an order from a few days ago isn't showing up in my order list, and when I search for it by number, I get "Order Not Found."

It might be site wide. Did anyone report it? Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us >Selling on Etsy >Manage Listings, if none of those topics apply, go to the bottom and click  "I Still Need Help"

I did just speak to Support -- they are now being made aware of the issue.  We'll see how long it takes to resolve.

I have two orders not showing up as well.

I just called it in.  It is a site wide issue.  Hopefully they resolve it soon.

I'm on chat with Etsy now.  Clearly they didn't tell anyone else in their service area about the issue yet, as I just sent her the link to this thread.

If you're in a hurry and don't want to wait for Etsy to fix the glitch, you can go to Pirate Ship and pull up the information from Etsy there and print the label.  It will import the order address.  Pirate Ship will enter the tracking number to your Etsy order.  I just checked via the app and it shows the order shipped with the tracking number.

If you have a Pirate Ship account you can go there and import the Etsy order.  It will bring in the shipping information so you can print a label and not wait.

Same thing here. An order I shipped on June 1st isn't showing on completed orders.

Glad it's an Etsy problem and not mine, but hope it gets fixed soon!

my missing order just reappeared after I printed out shipping labels for my other orders.  Don't know if that is what cleared the glitch, or if Etsy fixed it.

I reported it through Chat and while we were chatting, the problem resolved itself, so I don't know what it was. The Etsy support person had me check on another browser to see if the problem was happening both places (Chrome and Safari), so I did check, and it was the same. I had searched for the order by number, and it was saying "Order Not Found," but I tried that again while I was waiting on Etsy Support, and the order showed up, then it showed up in my order list again. I'd say it was about 30 minutes that the order was "missing," so to speak. I sent Etsy Support a link to this thread so they would know that other people are having the same problem. I was just able to print my shipping label and the order appeared in the completed order tab.  Not sure if the problem is fixed for everyone but it seems to be working for me right now.
