I have a new shop and made my first sell. Then that night was placed on vacation mode. It has been 2 weeks that I re-uploaded my drivers license because that is what they asked for. I replied to email that was sent and it continues to say vacation mode and I am unable to get any support. I opened a ticket and still no response after yet another week.
is this how Etsy treats there sellers?
I see people visiting and have made numerous videos with links and I’m afraid this has ruined me as a seller.
They took my fees out for listings but if I am unable to get them seen I feel this is theft and unfair.
Customer service is definitely an issue. Is there a better platform that actually cares about its sellers?
Please any advice is welcomed!
Im ready to close it down.
Your shop is not on vacation mode.
@RustyLBrand, are you talking about a different shop? This one seems fine.
@RustyLBrand: Why do you think that your shop is on forced vacation? You can always check if your shop is suspended by going to your shop home page. If it is, none of your listings will be available and they will be replaced by a message put up by Etsy.
@RustyLBrand Your shop is open. You might consider asking for a critique. There are a lot of things wrong that can be corrected, and perhaps help your sales.
Your shop is open (for now), but be sure to check your products for trademarked names and images (Superman diamond, Smiley face, political, etc.)
yeah the Smiley folks don't play. Even slightly. OP could do well to read up on intellectual property and also what the rules are to use POD...
just sayin'...
