New orders are not appearing in Shop Manager

I have orders in my shop but they are not showing in Shop Manager.  Beside Orders and Shipping, there is normally a number of open orders. As of today, I have had multiple orders but no orders have shown up in my Shop Manager.  I currently have one open order and Shop Manager does not show any orders.  I am using Chrome browser for this shop.  I received Etsy email notifications about these orders, otherwise I would have not know that I had orders in this shop.  Being a star seller, this is a problem if my Shop Manager does not show that I have orders to ship.

Are they showing up in your payment account? Is there new $$$ there? When an order doesn't show up under orders and I got emails about them then that's where I check to make sure there's an order. As long as it's there it's safe to ship. As far as it not showing up, it's just another etsy glitch. For me they eventually showed up.
