My dashboard has indicated I have one new order for the past three days. When I check my orders, they are all complete and there are no new ones. How can I get my dashboard to realize I really don't have any new orders?
Is that on the app? If so, it happens to me all the time.
It's on my computer.
I've had this same issue for several years I've contacted etsy support and they were unable to fix it for me so I just live with 1 mystery order. I don't know if it effects my star seller numbers or not so thats a bummer but despite 134,000 orders and 26,000 5 star reviews I've never once been able to achieve star seller status because i don't reply to customer inquirys on weekends and i don't require my team to do it either... were not robots we have a life.

make sure your stats over-view is set on *today*
and not yesterday or the past 7 days etc.
