I just received a notification on my phone for a new message, so because was full of client questions going to my PC to replay fast, but the message is not in my inbox, I check too all other direction as spam and trash.

Hi, thank you, but is look like differed issue. It's not message that I send it's one that I've got from client. But is missed after I open it once in mobile app. So now I can't find it and replay to the client too.

Are you able to access it in your shop manager, under messages? (Maybe you've tried this already, but your post sounded as if you were checking your email.)
It is not available in either the mobile app or the desktop version.
I have had a WHOLE message thread to a previous buyer disappear this week- COMPLETELY. Searched for it using the message search feature. Only a very old thread came up with my newest message I sent to her in the last 24 hrs because the others disappeared... POOF.. Gone!!
Still missing ... never had that kinds of problem with Etsy
@ChillwolfArt @FeltedArtByMariana Just updating this thread - it is still happening - and is not updated/fixed. Was able to "chat" with Diego - and he opened a ticket for me. However - I have a ticket open from 2 months ago as well. No Star Seller for Etsy on speedy replies.... Really unacceptable
My issue is directly related to a message from a order that is not in my "in box".
