New listing form not working

I have been unable to create new listings with the new form under the area of "Core Details". The form does not allow me to click in to select answers to "Who Made It?" and the following questions about how it was made.

I have re-booted, cleared cache, tried repeatedly. Now I hear that Etsy is aware of this "Glitch." It is a "wide-spread" problem according to customer service. 

Etsy, please do your sellers the courtesy of posting a notice or sending an email when you have an internal tech glitch. 

I assume you want to fix this as fast as possible because no new listings = no new income for either of us.

In the meantime, many sellers have found success with no Etsy glitches when using another browser.

Ditto for me, struggling to do anything on Etsy today. Earlier I was trying to create a sale for next month and fought for my life to change the dates on it. Had to do a weird scroll up so I could barely see the calendar and then carefully scroll down to find the sweet spot where I could click on the day I wanted. 

Haven't yet figured out if there's a sweet spot for the Core Details, can't click on any options no matter how I position the box I want to click on XD Love that this is what I'm wasting my time on.

Success using DuckDuckGo!

Chrome is recommended by Etsy, but even after updated and restarting it, that platform will not work with the new Etsy listing form. 
Also Safari did not work for me. 

I’m glad to find a way around the problem, but this has been a major breach of service from Etsy.

I installed Windows 11, duckduckgo and still unable to list or create a shipping label.

Was your computer able to accept Windows 11 or did it struggle?  Older computers have a harder time with Windows 11 as it requires much more than previous versions.

I have no problem with doing listings or labels.  I'm on Edge.

It is quite possible if the computer is older that it cannot keep up with today's changes in graphic use.  Sometimes changing browser works as they all have different requirements.

Also check your anti-virus.  Those systems can make changes that may interfere with hwo things are done.

I cleared everything, installed Microsoft 11, and was able to list something. The problem? I can't publish it due to core details. Spent almost an hour trying, again, to fix this mess without success. Does Etsy really care about it's sellers?

@RollingHillsVintage -- Installing W11 "may" be causing the issue ... some sellers are reporting no issues in W10.  Either way, it is definitely a Chrome issue as that is the browser most affected.  I do wish the Etsy Technical Team would actually take a look at the issue and try to resolve it ... at least make a public statement that they are fully aware of it and are actively working on a viable solution.  All I hear is crickets!  This is so unfair to Etsy's sellers AND buyers!!!

Same here unable to list do to "core details"  It as been a couple of days trying . Is a fix coming ?????

The only fix right now is to use a different browser with Etsy ... Edge, Safari, etc.

All these different browser recommendations do not work. Their are lots of us unable to list regularly for weeks now. This is a bug in system not a browser issue .
